About Me

I work at the intersection of finance, technical operations, and production management, supporting producers and executive teams on complex, fast-moving productions. My role is to help translate creative and strategic goals into operational plans that are financially sound, technically feasible, and built to hold up once production is underway.

Rather than treating budgeting, technology, and team management as separate functions, I focus on how they influence one another. Decisions around scope affect systems; technical choices impact schedules and cost; communication determines whether a plan survives contact with production. I help leadership see those connections early, so trade-offs are clear and avoidable issues don’t become emergencies.

My experience spans studio and location shoots, live and hybrid productions, sports and large-scale events, and virtual/LED environments. That range gives me a grounded understanding of how modern productions actually operate behind the scenes—from planning and staffing through execution and delivery. I’m often brought in to stabilize workflows, clarify responsibilities, and ensure departments are aligned around a shared, realistic plan.

At the executive level, production is as much about risk management and trust as it is about execution. I focus on anticipating pressure points, keeping information flowing cleanly, and supporting teams with the structure they need to work confidently. The goal is simple: fewer surprises, better decisions, and productions that move forward smoothly without unnecessary friction.

The Highlights

National Daily Sports Broadcast Studio Productions and Operations Build

Technical Manager

Engineered and operated the studio and production infrastructure for a nationally distributed sports-entertainment show with a high-profile host and rotating guest talent. The production balanced live broadcast requirements with rapid post-delivery while establishing a scalable, repeatable workflow that extended well beyond the initial launch.

  • Designed and implemented a pipeline supporting two multi-camera episodes per day, delivering live broadcast and audio within 10 minutes and video within one hour for post-production

  • Implemented multi-switching, ISO recording, remote guest integration, and reliable talkback systems

  • Developed a semi-permanent studio configuration capable of supporting both fixed programming and mobile deployments for major national events

  • Collaborated closely with producers and engineers to future-proof the system and ensure long-term reliability and repeatability

Young Miko x McDonald’s — WcDonald’s Campaign

Assistant Producer

A groundbreaking ICVFX campaign featuring Puerto Rican artist Young Miko, set within the anime-inspired world of WcDonald’s. Shot entirely on an LED Volume, the project merged live-action performance with a fully hand-drawn Unreal Engine environment and precisely matched physical set builds, creating a seamless virtual-to-practical world with global reach.

  • Aligned creative vision and production logistics across the Director, Physical Art Department, and multiple agency teams

  • Streamlined LED volume layout, hospitality flow, and agency sightlines for a densely populated set with headline talent

  • Served as a central communication hub between creative, technical, and client stakeholders to maintain timing precision and creative consistency throughout pre-production and while producing on set

Communication Is Infrastructure

In today’s corporate world, communication isn’t a support function—it’s core infrastructure. Industry-leading companies hold deep institutional knowledge, vision, and influence, and the most effective way to activate that is through a dedicated production studio. A studio allows organizations to communicate clearly and consistently across both internal and external channels: aligning teams, training talent, sharing strategy, and telling their story to the world with authority and speed. By owning the means of production, corporations reduce friction, protect their voice, and move from reactive messaging to intentional, high-quality communication that scales with the business.
